Upper Canada Village Daily Programming
Travel back in time as you tour the beautiful living history museum, at your own pace. Experience traditional farming techniques, demonstrated through the growing of heirloom vegetables and raising of heritage livestock breeds. Ornamental gardens throughout the village feature flora fashionable in the Victorian era. Weavers, spinners, and dressmakers demonstrate traditional handiwork. See historical trades being demonstrated and water-powered mills at work. Aspects of mid-19th century social life, music, religion, and politics are discussed and demonstrated by knowledgeable staff dressed in clothing of the period.
Please note September 12th and 13th are open for guided tours only
