Upper Canada Village Daily Programming
Travel back in time as you tour the beautiful living history museum, at your own pace. Experience traditional farming techniques, demonstrated through the growing of heirloom vegetables and raising of heritage livestock breeds. Ornamental gardens throughout the village feature flora fashionable in the Victorian era. Weavers, spinners, and dressmakers demonstrate traditional handiwork. See historical trades being demonstrated and water-powered mills at work. Aspects of mid-19th century social life, music, religion, and politics are discussed and demonstrated by knowledgeable staff dressed in clothing of the period.
To add to your experience, purchase a ticket for our Miniature Train. Guests will experience a fun and educational ride through Crysler Park.
Guests must postpone their visit if they have developed symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in close contact with someone who has symptoms.
Every guest must have a ticket including Children ages 0-4. If you can’t make your scheduled tour time, your original ticket will be honoured during the 2022 summer season when presented to admissions.
